Throughline coaching

Define success on your own terms. Design a fulfilling life and career.

As a high achiever, you’re used to chasing the next milestone. All the while, a little voice asks: Is this the path I want?

Hi, I'm Mindy, a high achiever and coach

After a decade leading teams at multi-billion dollar tech companies (Microsoft, Dropbox, Oscar Health), I left bustling Manhattan and built a home in the Berkshire woods.

I quit my fast-paced, up-and-to-the-right career so that I could wake up every day inspired. I aligned where I spent my time with what matters: the people I love, the purpose I care about, and the growth that aligns with my values.

Does this resonate?

  • You’re a high achiever who's motivated by results and forward progress
  • You’ve hit all the right career milestones, yet something is missing
  • More often than you’d like, you feel a sense of dread in the morning
  • You find yourself comparing yourself to your peers to gauge if you’re on track
  • You suspect that the definition of success that’s motivated you thus far won't lead to a happy life
  • Deep down, you know this path isn’t right for you. But it's hard to know confidently what you do want and actually change.
  • You've felt creative sparks and hints of inspiration— but you're not sure how to integrate them into your life
  • You're contemplating a leap — a new direction in your career or life— and want clarity about what's next and how to make it happen
  • You're ready to move through fear and inertia to live your purpose
